Pedro, de 12 años, vive con su padre, Andres, en un barrio de la clase trabajadora en las afueras de Caracas. Los dos no se llevan bien y Andres pasa todo su tiempo en trabajo mientras su hijo se queda en las calles con sus amigos. Un día Pedro se pelea con otro chico, y le lastima gravemente, así que Andres y Pedro tienen que correr de su casa. Dirigida por Gustavo Rondón Córdova ('Nostalgia'), 'La familia' está protagonizada por Giovanni García y Reggie Reyes.
